I’ve never read Jamie Oliver’s books, but back in high school, I always used to love watching his show just because he’s so rustic with his cooking, and he seemed like the friendly neighbor who’d cook for you next door lol. And I enjoyed Alton Brown’s Good Eats for the educational aspect.

You have such a lovely kitchen – I’d have to be a millionaire to afford that space in Tokyo. I also know it isn’t easy doing a food post when you have to take all the photos in between, but you did a great job for your first time. It looks delicious :)
