I kept thinking, “good for you” as I read along, and I’ve been there too! For me, the issue was with Instagram several years ago. I had an account with 20K followers, and I deleted it. Never regretted it. I have an account now that I use, but I mainly follow anything that inspires me, and I use that in-app timer/reminder when to get off. Moderation is key, but most important is understanding your purpose in using social media. If it’s unhealthy, you’ve got some part of you that needs some extra loving or healing.
